Your deposit reserves a build. Once the unit is assembled and tested, here is what arrives.
- The Alpha Cube appliance. Your reserved Alpha Cube or Alpha Cube Pro hardware, assembled and tested.
- Vault OS preinstalled. Vault OS is installed and ready on the unit when it arrives.
Delivery windows are confirmed once your unit enters assembly.
Every reservation includes hands-on follow-through to get the cube running inside your network.
- Configuration follow-up. We confirm your configuration and production allocation after the deposit.
- Deployment and onboarding handoff. A guided handoff to get the cube running on your network.
- Tool-less serviceability. The internal chassis slides out on a rail system for direct access to components, without specialized tools.
Warranty and support terms are confirmed in writing before payment.
